General Terms & Conditions
- A 50% deposit is payable with return of completed booking form.
- A full balance of fees is payable 7 (seven) days in advance of event.
- In the event of a booking cancellation, the following changes will be made. If more than 48 hours notice is given, 50% of the full amount will be returned. With less than 48 hours notice, no refund is given.
- Hire includes electricity, heating and the use of toilets.
- If the kitchen is hired, fee includes use of kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. All breakages must be paid for.
- All rooms used must be left clean and tidy. It is your responsibility to remove excess rubbish generated by your event.
- No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises at any time.
- Any damages must be reported to the centre manager and may incur a damage deposit for subsequent hiring.
- All accidents must be recorded in the Accident Book which is kept in the First Aid Box in the kitchen.
- No unreasonable noise is permitted as a consideration to other users and neighbours.
- If you require tea and coffee a small charge will be made.
- No alcohol or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

Daily or long-term booking rates can be negotiated at the time of booking.
