Southwater Area Business Centre provides the right professional environment and the ideal venue for training courses, lectures, seminars and boardroom. Our  Conference & Meeting Rooms can cater for up to 40 delegates. We can also take care of any additional requirements you may have, such as catering, IT equipment and there is wheelchair access to all meeting rooms.

Our excellent location has us situated directly opposite Warrior Square train station with direct links to London and the South Coast.

This room is suitable for up to 4 people.

One Hour: £7.50

Half Day: £25

Full Day: £40

 

Conference Room

This room can accommodate up to 24 people boardroom style and up to 40 theatre style. The room can be set up in a variety of layouts to accommodate most training scenarios.

One Hour: £9.50

Half Day: £30

Full Day: £50
